Many thanks for all the information you have kindly provided.  We were amazed to see the amount of equipment and more importantly the depth of knowledge that you provided on our visit.  Your facility is so important to members of the public who are needing help and guidance with disability products to make life easier but have no way of gaining this information by using a website or visiting the many disability shops in and around towns.  We need impartial and genuine guidance and advice from someone with a depth of knowledge such as yourself.  It was also enlightening to be made aware of the help and support that is available to us through local services that we simply were not aware of.  Myself along with many other members of the general public really hope that you don’t stop your wonderful work because of budget cuts – where would we go for such valuable information?
