Honorary Chief Executive

Approx 2 half days a week

The Chief Executive will act as a figurehead for the ILC, promoting the aims and objectives of the centre. They will provide the public face for campaigns and build relationships with stakeholders in politics, the media and business. They will play a key role in providing leadership to the staff and report to the Trustees where appropriate.

Voluntary Communications Officer

Approx 4 days a month

The Communications Officer will lead the promotion of the centre, publicising its role and facilities both directly with statutory bodies, users, groups and healthcare professionals as well as through the media and in particular the website. They will also provide support and advice to the existing team to develop and improve a communications strategy.
